About Me

I’ve been cooking for over 20 years, but it all began with gluten-free, wholesome treats baked in a wood-fired oven my dad built in a paddock with a wee tin roof over it in the hills of the northern rivers, the kind of rustic setup that made our farmers market stall smell like pure Sunday morning magic. We were serving Vegan, GF, and sugar-free before it was cool. I didn’t know it then, but feeding people nourishing food would become one of the great loves of my life.

Being vegetarian, my whole life has given me a deep passion for showing others just how vibrant, exciting, and downright delicious meat-free food can be. It’s not about what you leave out — it’s about what you bring in: flavour, colour, joy.

My real love affair with food blossomed during my travels through India. Surrounded by a rich tapestry of spices, bold flavours, and deeply rooted traditions, I discovered a new way to cook — with curiosity, intuition, and heart.

Now, I get to share those stories and tastes with you, one vibrant, nourishing plate at a time. I cook in honor of my dad and my family, and the time we have spent over my lifetime in a never-ending search for the best of the best.
